Faculty primarily involved with the COMPBIO cluster:
COMPBIO Liniac Cluster
This cluster consists of 32 compute nodes, 3 administrative nodes, an IO RAID
array (1.8TB usable), connected by 1 Gigabit network switch.
All compute nodes are dual socket dual core 3.2GHz
Xeons (Nocona) 1MB cache, 4GB RAM.
All of this is housed within two 42U standard racks.
Torque and MAUI are used for scheduling and batch processing.
