Nanoscale Thermal Transport (within MEAM)

Faculty primarily involved with the NANO cluster:

NANO Liniac Cluster

This cluster consists of 20 compute nodes, 2 administrative nodes, two IO RAID arrays (2TB, and a backup), connected by 1 Gigabit network switch. 12 compute nodes are dual socket dual core 2.8GHz Pentium IV Xeon 512KB cache, 2GB RAM. 8 compute nodes are dual socket dual core 3GHz Xeon 5160 with 4MB cache. All of this is housed within one 42U standard rack. Torque and MAUI are used for scheduling and batch processing.
