Faculty primarily involved with the NBM cluster:
NBM Liniac Cluster
This cluster consists of 32 compute nodes, 2 administrative nodes, 1 IO RAID
array (700GB), connected by 1 Gigabit and 1 Myrinet network switch.
All compute nodes are Dual Processor 2.2GHz AMD Opteron 248 1MB cache, 2GB RAM.
All of this is
housed within one 42U standard rack.
Torque and MAUI are used for scheduling and batch processing.
