Work with vendors to configure the most optimal hardware configuration for your needs.
Ensure that your cluster has the necessary infrastructure for networking, power and cooling.
Coordinate the ordering, shipping, receiving, unpacking and assembly of your hardware.
Install the Linux OS and all required compilers, libraries and software packages. We have extensive expertise with a wide variety of research computing software packages.
Install and configure the cluster management software that will allow you to easily submit and control your jobs.
Assist you in learning how to use the cluster.
Implement rigid security protocols to protect your data.
Work with you to implement a backup solution that meets your needs.
Monitor all hardware and software for failures and problems, we will let you know when there has been a failure and when you can expect to have it repaired.
Maintain the hardware and software, upgrading and adding to the cluster when necessary or requested.
Alert you well in advance about necessary downtime and coordinate with you to make it fit your schedule.
